PrimalThenics is a style of training I have created to combine my clinical musculoskeletal rehab skills and coaching experience. It uniquely involves the combination of mobility drills, neurological techniques, muscle activation, crawling and high intensity calisthenics.
The ability to stream these full folllow along sessions, where I train with and coach special guests, allows users at home to experience a fantastic virtual fitness challenge.

My life in a nutshell
I know what it feels like to hit rock bottom, to lose all motivation, to feel too tired and too time poor to exercise.
I have had to rebuild myself from scratch twice. Just after my 20th birthday I endured my 3rd knee reconstruction, it left me without any ligaments in my right knee or menisci. I was told I would never walk properly or run again.
For 3 years I followed traditional rehab methods and I got nowhere. For the next 3.5 years I experimented, I explored, I learnt everything I could. Then I ran again. Then I began to really expand my knowledge and reclaim my fitness and body.
At 29, I had a tumour cut out of my sinuses that left me with severe neurological issues. For 6 months, I couldn't train, I couldn't read, watch TV or even carry my baby daughter around. Again, I was told it would be permanent. This time instead of wasting precious time following standard rehab, I leapt into the unknown. I reclaimed my freedom through movement, through challenging traditional paradigms of thinking.
Now at 34 I am the fittest, strongest and most mobile I have ever been.
I don't rely on physical therapies to get me pain free but seek to fix my own aches and pains with movement and mobility drills.
As a full time stay at home parent I don't have hours on end to do this - nor the energy. So what time and energy I have must be used productively.
If you are at rock bottom, too time poor, too sore and tired, I know what that feels like. I also know how to feel better.

Standing On the Shoulders Of Giants
I have been coaching since January 1997. It has been a long, arduous and humbling experience. Just when I thought I knew a lot, I would stumble across another ‘genius’ who would humble me with their knowledge and I would be hooked trying to learn all I could from them.
This page is to acknowledge that I didn’t create any of this. I learnt all of this. It is one of the greatest gifts I have ever received, the knowledge from giants, whose shoulders I have stood upon, to develop this program with the lofty goal of helping others.
