Simple Hip and Gluteals strengthening series Part 1

So hopefully you got the idea that the lower back, although tight and sore, is not really the issue. 

Often weak gluteals, poor hip position, immobile ankles and a THOUSAND other things are the causative factors. It's easy to get lost in it all.

So just start with this one hip and gluteal strengthening series. Identify weak spots, discrepancies between the two sides, lack of control and general awareness of the movement.

AND WORK AT IT.
